Custom Packages & Pricing

All packages are custom-built.
You only pay for the elements you choose, and pricing is confirmed in your personalised proposal before any agreement is signed.

Any additional services, upgrades, or add-ons will be clearly outlined in your proposal..

Service Terms, Commitments & Cancellations

Timelines & Commitments

Your personalised proposal will outline all service details- including timelines, deliverables, and any minimum terms if needed. Nothing is confirmed until you’ve reviewed and signed your agreement.

Ending an Agreement

After the initial service period, ongoing support usually continues on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled with written notice via email by either party.
The exact notice period will be clearly stated in your contract.

Social Media Audits

Social Media Audits must be paid in full before delivery.

Your signed contract will contain the specific and legally binding terms for your package (including start date, payment schedule, commitments, and cancellation rules).

Payment

Invoices must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your proposal and contract.
Late or missed payments may result in paused work until payment is received.

Content & Ownership

Once full payment is received:

  • You own the rights to all final content created for your social media.

  • Cloverbloom Digital may feature completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials after it has been posted on your accounts, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously.
We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit permission.

  • Social media logins and permissions

  • Any content, files, or materials you provide

All access is handled securely and used only to deliver your services.

Liability

  • Social media platform bugs, outages, or changes

  • Loss of revenue or opportunities

  • Third-party actions beyond our control
